Shipping

For domestic orders (US), please allow 5-7 days for processing and 3-5 days for the package to arrive.
For all orders outside of the Continental United States, please allow 2-3 weeks for your package to arrive. Keep in mind that shipping times have been affected by the COVID-19 pandemic, but we will do our very best to get your package to you in a timely manner. We are NOT responsible for any customs or duties charged. Please be aware of the customs policies for the destination of your delivery to avoid any unexpected charges. 

Unfortunately we haven’t yet reached the level of success that would allow us to personally hand deliver our items once an order has been placed, and this is why we cannot be responsible for packages once they have been shipped. To avoid any lost items, please double check your mailing address during checkout. Also, be aware of the delivery date and time of your package to avoid any stolen items.

SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION WILL BE REQUIRED UPON DELIVERY FOR ORDERS OVER $100. Please be available to sign for the package or arrange for pickup at your local Post Office. If the package is unclaimed or returned to sender for any reason, the customer is responsible for all re-shipping costs. THIS IS TO PROTECT BOTH PARTIES.
